Marie-Ange is the daughter of Pierre Lebeau, owner of Lebeau Shipping, which is one of the largest freight-handling companies in the world. She has never wanted for anything, and in her younger life, this lead her into trouble. A life of privelege plus the indiscretion of youth meant that she could always count on Daddy to make it better.
This all changed when she attended college at Jefferson University. She met a lot of interesting people, a loot of whom she would not have normally associated with, and her eyes became open to many facts of the world.
She began to devote a lot more time and money to helping those in need. She's still the "Princess of Autumn Bay", but a much kinder "princess" these days.
Among her best friends is Andrew Chapel, and the two once dated. They realized that they have no real romantic chemistry, however, and broke it off in short order.
On a night out, the two friends ran into a spirit entity known as Nesariel, who sent them away to... somewhere else.
